Working in situ with ten Community Anchor Organisations (CAO), Learning Mentors will spend a total of 26 days with each organisation. They will conduct:

  • Strengths based dialogue getting to the heart of the local offer, mission, operating model and vision including areas of challenge and support they may need now or in the future.
  • Development of a Local Ready 2 Level Action Plan that delivers on their pitch in the application process of a project they may wish to explore informed by the strengths dialogue as well as the collaborative learning process.
