Urban Development Foundation Logo

The Urban Development Foundation (UDF) is a leading regional charity that works in close partnership with communities mainly around the West Midlands with the aim of strengthening community infrastructures.

Since being founded in 2004 and registered with the Charity Commission (1105249), we have helped hundreds of service users but work has only just begun, with your help we aim to support many more by building a brighter future for those in need.

At the heart of all of UDF’s work is our determination to identify and address issues that impact Black Asian Minority Ethnic (BAME) socially excluded groups living in Birmingham, West Midlands. We work with all age groups and genders from diverse communities. Our organisation is mainly involved with casework based on those considered to be isolated, vulnerable, hard to reach and high risk.
