We tackle youth unemployment using sport and enterprise.

Founded in 2006, by our CEO using doorstep sport to engage young people (in Alum Rock) off the streets & into positive extra-curricular activities at the local Leigh Primary School.

Since then, we have helped over 6,000 young people through direct support, intervention & development.

Our Mission:

  • OUR Mission is to reduce Youth Unemployment by 10% in Birmingham by 2026, focusing on inner-city BAME communities.
  • OUR tailored programmes are youth-led, working from the grass-roots we engage, empower and enrich young people (11-21) in inner-city Birmingham through Sport, Social enterprise and Youth Social Action.
  • Helping to overcome barriers, improve well-being, and secure employment for the future.
